Magdalene Human Service Initiative (MHSI) is a nonprofit humanitarian organization dedicated to providing international aid, services and support for the most vulnerable and marginalized individuals, families and communities in Africa.
Our name and purpose were inspired by Saint Mary Magdalene. She reminds us that we must directly and passionately serve and support the most vulnerable and marginalized among us without discrimination or prejudice.
Although our organization is partly inspired by a belief in God and religious teachings, we are a non-religious organization. We also maintain a strict policy of political neutrality. We serve and support all persons who need our help.
